AS spring starts to move in, Tula Restaurant & lounge gears up for it's spring menu... Our Culinary team lead by Chef de Cuisine Sam Fertik is creating recipes showcasing a variety of spring ingredients. keeping in mind freshness, quality, portions and concept, Our Nouveau American Cuisine is becoming a culinary destination!!!

At Tula Restaurant and Lounge, we introduce a fresh perspective on dining and hospitality. We are a team of young passionate professionals who believe in creating a uniquely authentic and uplifting vision of Eclectic American Cuisine, served in a Nouveau and distinctive style. From the moment a guest walks into Tula, till the minute they leave they have entered our little slice of the world on the west side of Easton avenue. We bring you out of the hustle and bustle and into a casual and relaxing atmosphere, that is unpretentious and reachable on any budget.

Only time will tell what awaits Tula in its future, however we will keep evolving and adapting to our surroundings just as Evelyn’s has done (and done so well). Tula will become the gastronomic center of New Brunswick and all of Central New Jersey. As always we cannot await what is to come but we are enjoying what is here today as well. We hope to find many dedicated professionals to fill her ranks and to be the best that Tula can be.

Tula was born out of the passion and desire for a unique experience, with an uplifting vision of American Cuisine and Hospitality. The quest to create Tula, took 3 years to build but countless years of experience and imagination. Well known New Brunswick Restaurateurs, Gus and Naji, bring their wealth of knowledge and international view from the ever popular Evelyn’s Restaurant. After collaborating with some of the biggest architects and designers in the area, searching the far corners of the world for the perfect wines, and working tirelessly to perfect the cuisine, TULA was born.

Tonight is Saturday night and that means Tula Nights and some Great SPECIALS! Come check out our chef's creations from the kitchen and our mixologists crafty concoctions at the bar!

Our Chef's tasting menu a 5 course journey starts at $45 or $65 with a wine pairing for each course. Some of the highlights include our Braised short ribs a la bourguignon, our take on Julia Childs classic dish. As well you can't miss our grand plateau of desserts!!!!
